What are the shipping charges? 
We offer free shipping in India on every item purchased through our website.

For international customers, shipping cost would depend upon the destination country.
To know about the shipping charges, please share the rug details you would like to purchase, the destination country name and your address along with your area code. Our sales team will get back to you regarding the shipping charges that the product entail.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours (for in stock rugs). The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placement of the order. 

For On Order Rugs (rugs that we make but are currently not available in the company’s stock, hence would be made specifically for you), the estimated delivery can 
be checked on the product detail page.

For Custom rugs, the delivery would depend upon the SIZE, Material, Number of Colours, Rug Design and Weave TYPE of the rug. 
Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product from our warehouse is initiated. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made. To be precise, you can cancel your order online within approx. 48 hours.

Cancellation of Custom Rug or On Order Rug (rugs that we make but are currently not available in the company’s stock, hence would be made specifically for you) 
will have to be done online within 24 hours of confirmation of sales. Post that neither cancellation nor return would be applicable.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

Is there any hidden cost?
The prices listed are final, inclusive of all taxes For India. 
For international shipment, customer would be requirement to pay the local taxes and custom duties as per their country laws.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight and volume of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. 
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address, contact number etc. ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the customer placing the order.

Customs Duty, Tax & Delivery Charges
Customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods into their country. Its Luxe is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. 
Customer is also responsible for any additional delivery charges caused by any changes of delivery address requested by them after a package has been dispatched by Its Luxe. 

Other Details 
Shipment / delivery time, of the order being processed, starts from the day of receipt of payment against the order placed with Its Luxe. The shipment / delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product, Its Luxe shall not be liable for delay – if any. Its Luxe shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Its Luxe. 
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Its Luxe reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Its Luxe has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at its website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
