To ensure that we give back to the people who make us what we are, we give 10% of our PROFITS to "Luxe Goodwill Foundation", that works towards upliftment of our community.
To do our bit towards mother nature, we help recycle waste Plastic Bottles, make yard out of them to weave some of our beautiful rugs. These rugs not only help reduce plastic waste, but also are waterproof, hence can be used in outdoor settings.

HANDMADE
At Its Luxe, our commitment to the art of making rugs by hand is unwavering and we have sought both to honour and reinvigorate this great tradition. There are many ways to make a rug by hand and many materials to choose from. Different yarns display different properties of strength, softness and lustre. Some are smooth and cool to touch while others are sumptuously soft and warm. Every one of our rugs is entirely handmade, meticulously knotted, loomed, tufted or woven by artisans applying ancient techniques passed down through generations. These different techniques produce a range of different textural surfaces, from fine and flat to chunky and shaggy. It is a remarkable craft composed of several stages that require great dexterity, care & patience. From the gentle spinning of wool, to dyeing of wool & silk to get that perfect shade of colour from thousands of shades available, to using centuries old technique of weaving, to the intricate trimming of the pile and finishing in order to get that one flawless finished masterpiece.
Each rug that we produce is presentative of such rich craft heritage and attention to detail, one that is enhanced by our contemporary weaving expertise. Every rug is traditionally made but designed for modern living. Created using very best natural materials prepared by hand, to preserve & endure durability and to give it a luxurious warmth & grace and feeling of tradition to the space it would occupy.

We believe in fair trade and safe working conditions of our artisans. We ensure that NO CHILD LABOUR is used in any of our weaving and finishing processes. We strictly adhere to this belief of ours that child belongs to school and not to a weaving centre.
The business model behind Its Luxe Rugs combines a for-profit entity with a non-profit ethos. We give a part of our profits for the betterment of the communities where our rugs are made. We believe that a healthy, educated and economically sound community is better suited for upward movement of both, the company and the society.
