What are the shipping charges? <\/h5>We offer free shipping in India on every item purchased through our website.<\/span><\/p>\n

For international customers, shipping cost would depend upon the destination country.
To know about the shipping charges, please share the rug details you would like to <\/span>purchase, the destination country name and your address along with your area code. Our <\/span>sales team will get back to you regarding the shipping charges that the product entail.<\/span><\/p>\n

When will my order arrive?<\/h5>We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours (for in stock rugs). The <\/span>estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the <\/span>next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placement of the <\/span>order. <\/span><\/p>\n

For On Order Rugs (rugs that we make but are currently not available in the company\u2019s stock, hence would be made specifically for you), the estimated delivery can 
<\/span>be checked on the product detail page.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Custom rugs, the delivery would depend upon the SIZE, Material, Number of Colours, Rug Design and Weave TYPE of the rug. 
<\/span>Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in <\/span>delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?<\/h5>Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via

<\/span>Text message order confirmation<\/span><\/p>

How can I cancel my order?<\/span><\/h5>You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product from our <\/span>warehouse is initiated. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment <\/span>has been made. To be precise, you can cancel your order online within approx. 48 <\/span>hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation of Custom Rug or On Order Rug (rugs that we make but are currently not available in the company\u2019s stock, hence would be made specifically for you) 
<\/span>will have to be done online within 24 hours of confirmation of sales. Post that <\/span>neither cancellation nor return would be applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is there any hidden cost?
The prices listed are final, inclusive of all taxes For India. 
<\/span>For international shipment, customer would be requirement to pay the local taxes and <\/span>custom duties as per their country laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping Cost<\/b><\/h4>\n

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight and volume of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. 
<\/span>In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, <\/span>address, contact number etc. ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the customer <\/span>placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customs Duty, Tax &amp; Delivery Charges
Customer is responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed for customs or importing goods <\/span>into their country. Its Luxe is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. 
<\/span>Customer is also responsible for any additional delivery charges caused by any changes of <\/span>delivery address requested by them after a package has been dispatched by Its Luxe. <\/span><\/p>\n

Other Details <\/h5>Shipment \/ delivery time, of the order being processed, starts from the day of receipt of payment <\/span>against the order placed with Its Luxe. The shipment \/ delivery time is an approximate time <\/span>mentioned by the vendor against each product, Its Luxe shall not be liable for delay \u2013 if any. Its <\/span>Luxe shall not be liable for any delay \/ non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts <\/span>of God or any cause that is beyond control of Its Luxe. 
<\/span>The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss <\/span>of merchandise. Its Luxe reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other <\/span>details provided by the user at any point in time.
