Return Policy<\/h5>\n

The Easy Return Process
Return request must be raised within 5 days, after receipt or order. But the cost of return of the product to our warehouse in India to be borne by the customer.

We will arrange a pick up from your place at a mutually decided time.
If you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.<\/p>\n

Terms & Conditions<\/h5>Return the item within 5 days of the receipt.
Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
Do not use, wash, alter\/tamper or soil the rug.
A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
In case you receive a damaged\/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at hello@itsluxe.in. We
will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
India: &quot;5 Days Hassle-Free Return&quot; is valid for purchase within India only.
Not applicable for Custom Rug and On Order Rug (rugs that we make but are currently not available in the company\u2019s stock, hence would be made specifically for
you).
All costs pertaining to return of the product will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

WhatsApp us or email us to re-request a copy of the email. We will resend it on your registered email address.

How do I know if an item is eligible for a return?
<\/span>An item is eligible for return within 5 days of the receipt date of your order. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you<\/span><\/p>\n

I am an international customer, does this policy apply to me?
Yes, 5 days hassle-free return policy is valid for international customers also. But the cost of return of the product to our warehouse in India to be borne by the

When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product from our warehouse is initiated. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment <\/span>has been made.
<\/span>Also, cancellation of Custom Rug or On Order Rug (rugs that we make but are <\/span>currently not available in the company\u2019s stock, hence would be made specifically for you) <\/span>will have to be done online within 24 hours of confirmation of sales. Post that <\/span>neither cancellation nor return would be applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n
